el suelo, aguas residuales o materia fecal. Su habilidad para formar biopel\u00edculas en las superficies de contacto hace que sea dif\u00edcil de eliminar. Este pat\u00f3geno puede causar intoxicaciones alimentarias graves y es por tanto un objetivo frecuente en el Control de Calidad microbiol\u00f3gica para impedir la contaminaci\u00f3n alimentaria en las instalaciones de procesamiento de alimentos.
